You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure that your return request is made within this window to be eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, certificates, or additional materials that came with the product.
  • Custom-made items, engraved pieces, or items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email or call our customer service team  with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping label with instructions on how to send the item back.
  2. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include the return authorization slip provided by our customer service team.
  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our team using the provided shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
