Yes, all of our diamonds are certified and conflict-free. We adhere to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS), which ensures that the diamonds we sell are ethically sourced and do not finance violence or human rights abuses.
Can I create my own jewelry order?
Absolutely! We offer custom jewelry services where you can design your one of a kind piece by selecting the type of metal, diamonds, and design specifications. Click the Custom tab in the button bar above to start the customization process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,) digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal) and Venmo. We also offer financing options for qualifying purchases.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Approximately 4 days for in-stock items. Custom orders are approximately 40 days.
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and handle your order. Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. All orders are shipped two-day insured.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, there is no charge for shipping. All orders are sent two-day insured.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all certifications and paperwork included. Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, we recommend cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth and a mild solution of soap and water. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, and store it in a jewelry box or pouch when not in use.
